After working for over 20 years with SBB (currently known as Acerta) and Unisys Belgium, Marc Vanbrabant, mid 2006, founded his own management company called Ambicon bvba

Through Ambicon bvba he is focussing on helping organisations to manage change.  Managing Change as an independent worker being part of the organisation as a transition manager (interim manager) and not via the typical point of view of a multinational (ofter American) consultant, who in the first place needs to meet the objectives put forward by his employer (which are often not fully in line with the objectives of the client).

Marc brings with him an extended expertise based on hands-on experience and knowledge on the one hand and on numerous certifications and international recognized education and training on the other hand.

Already over 10 years ago, Marc was recognized for his dedication and enterpreneurship by Datanews, when he was elected Datanews ICT Manager Small and Meium Sized Organisations for his succesful accomplishments in the domain of Document Management at SBB (Acerta).
